I watched a TV show on The History Channel about the extensive tunnel system the Japanese have to protect Tokyo from flooding, since a majority of the city lies below sea level, just like New Orleans. I think the US could learn a lot from the Japanese. It was pretty amazing! My mom has a lot of computer problems - normally classified as "user error." LOL! Finally, progress, sorta.
