He knew the complete eye exam would take a lot longer than your contact lens exam but he took that guy anyway. He sounds like a dick and a control freak to me. You were right to leave, you should write a letter to Wal-Mart and I feel sorry for that poor receptionist. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but I guarantee you that the receptionist told him how long you had been there and that you would be right back from the pharmacy.
