I’m Baaaaack!
The operation went just fine and I’m home again, safe and sound. I’ve got an ugly new 5inch long scar just below my ribs and quite a bit of pain to show for it! Owww!! LOL Thankfully he did prescribe some pretty decent painkillers though. I’m walking around and stuff and it looks like he did a pretty good job. I’m just glad it’s over with!
Once this is all healed up maybe I’ll finally be able to get my chemo therapy over and done soon as well. Yay! It’s hard to believe how long my life has been on hold, waiting, waiting, and waiting some more! Eventually, I’ll be all fully recovered and be able to put this chapter of my life behind me. I had no idea that it could or would drag out this long!
My 2 year transplant anniversary is coming up in July, too. Cool, huh? Hell yeah! Thanks for all the really nice concerns and comments on my well-being, you guys rock! I’ll be back in a day or 2 with a real post when I’m not feeling so loopy from the Percs! hehe

By now you know I am all about drama yeah right and I’ve never been in the right place at the right time. It is a damn good thing everything went well cause I miised it all but that must have been that extra poke I felt…when they went to slice you open one more time.
