The Post I Hate to Write

Lisa and I have together decided to end our relationship. We remain very close and dear friends and will continue to talk to each other. I know a lot of you have been rooting for us all along because of the nature by which we met each other, through the internet and our blogs. In the end though, as much as we care for each other, we’ve found that we have too many small differences to make a permanent relationship possible. I hope you all will respect our privacy on this.

Lisa, you are a very sweet, honest, generous and loving person and will remain very dear to me always. Sweetheart, I hope you know that I will always think of you and I have nothing but great memories of the time we spent together.

    Well, at least you were able to be a man about it, instead of just ignoring her, and hoping she would hate you and end it.

    I dont know what went wrong, (and I dont think I need to know), but it’s nice to know that you both are mature enough to remain friends.
