I actually lived in Bay St. Louis / Waveland for four years until 1996. Even though I didn't live through it, Katrina ripped out a piece of my soul too. The Gulf Coast is a place so amazing and there's no place like it anywhere on earth. I spent time tonight clearing the blog of some junk. I'll try to get those photos to you tomorrow. I'm excited about my "re-do". Good luck to your folks and their home. FEMA's about a piece of shit aren't they? Well, who knew you lived in NOLA!
